As well as performing her own original compositions Holly Major also covers a wide range of Australian and international artists from the 60’s through to today’s charts.
Having performed in many cover bands for years she gains most of her song writing influence from performing popular acoustic artists, and also inspiration from living life on the road, travelling the globe and observing the coast culture where she resides. “I enjoy meeting the people and seeing the sites on my travels and hearing their stories and this gives me inspiration for my writing. Also, I love to observe the local folk and the way of life where I live in my home town of Palm Beach, Queensland – and I hope to paint this picture through acoustic music”.
